Eagle Eyes ↔ CalTopo

Create a CalTopo service account so Eagle Eyes apps can stay permanently connected to CalTopo without needing to log in again.

Open on a laptop or desktop Admin access in CalTopo required

Caution - this service account will give read/update access to your CalTopo Teams account, so be careful who you share it with.

Step 1: Create a Service Account in CalTopo

caltopo.com→Your name (top right)→Administer→Details→Create Service Account→set Update access

Step 2: Enter the Credentials

Step 3: Create Access URL (aka Connect Key) NEW

The Connect Key lets your CalTopo team see your drone's heading and livestream from any map when the "Shared Locations" layer is turned on.

caltopo.com→Admin menu→Trackable Devices→Create new Access URL

Once the fields above are filled, press the button below to verify the credentials.
