Android Mobile Devices

Eagle Eyes Pilot is compatible with modern Android devices.

Requirements: Android 7+ with processor comparable to or faster than Snapdragon 855 (Samsung Galaxy S10 level).

Note: Eagle Eyes Pilot currently does not work on Google Pixel 6 / Pixel 7 phones due to a DJI SDK bug.

EagleEyes runs on Android 7+ and uses the DJI Mobile SDK (v4 and v5 - which limit the drones it is compatible with - see below). To use the computer vision system live, the devices should have a processor comparable to or faster than the Snapdragon 855 that comes with devices like the Samsung Galaxy S10.

EagleEyes has been tested on the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6

Samsung Galaxy S21-FE

DJI RC-Pro

DJI RC-Pro Enterprise (the M3 controller)

DJI RC-Plus (the M30 Controller)

Note for Google Pixel 6/Pixel 7 users:

Eagle Eyes Pilot currently does not work on Google Pixel 6 / Pixel 7 phones, due to a bug in the DJI SDK. This is expected to be fixed soon, you can track the issue here.

iOS Support

Eagle Eyes does not support iOS due to DJI dropping iOS SDK support. We do have plans to expand support to Apple iPhone, iPad, etc. for the AirOps map in the future.
