Eagle Eyes Operator Day

We're hosting a one-day, in-person Operator Day for Eagle Eyes customers and field operators. Choose either April 24 or April 25. You'll run hands-on SAR scenarios with an experienced instructor, learn a repeatable workflow you can bring back to your team, and meet the Eagle Eyes crew (plus other operators in the field). Bonus: each participant receives one additional Eagle Eyes license.

Agenda
- Configure Eagle Eyes Pilot and connect to CalTopo
- Scenario-based exercises; applying Eagle Eyes Pilot in realistic search workflows
- Store, organize, and share drone footage with your team
- Operational playbook: team roles, SOPs, and checklists
- New and upcoming features: mission planning, livestreaming, augmented reality, Eagle Eyes Mirada
- Plenty of hands-on field time
Requirements
- Bring your own drone/controller. If attending as a team, at least one drone per team. Must be compatible with Eagle Eyes Pilot.
- Each attendee must be an active drone operator, authorized under their org's rules and the FAA framework.
Logistics
- Duration: 1 day (~8 hours)
- Price: $400 USD per attendee (purchases a 1-device annual Eagle Eyes license; complimentary Operator Day admission and lunch included with license purchase)
- Multiple licenses bundled into one team license with multiple devices
- Not included: travel and lodging
- License processing: up to 10 business days
